Responsibilities

Assist patients and residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

Support individuals with their daily routines, including meal preparation and medication reminders.

Maintain accurate records of care provided in accordance with care plans.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care.

Drive between different care settings or appointments as required, ensuring timely attendance.

Assist with light domestic duties to promote a clean and safe environment.

Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.

Participate in ongoing training programmes to stay updated on best practices in healthcare assistance
