£13 - £14 per hour + Paid Mileage + Paid Travel Time
Hours: Part Time | Permanent

Heritage Healthcare Basildon is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Care Assistants / Support Workers to support people within their own homes across the local area.

This is a community-based domiciliary care role supporting elderly and vulnerable clients to remain safe, independent and comfortable within their own homes.

Previous care experience is helpful, but not always essential, as full training and ongoing support may be provided.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you may support clients with:

• Personal care
• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Medication prompting
• Mobility support
• Daily routines
• Light household tasks
• Accurate care records

Every visit helps support a client’s independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and commitment
• Willingness to provide personal care where required
• Availability to work Mornings/Evenings/Alternative Weekends

Previous Experience

Experience in any of the following may be helpful:

• Domiciliary care
• Home care
• Residential care
• Support work
• Healthcare assistant roles
• Community care
• Care within family settings

However, full training may be provided for the right candidate.
