Your Role:
· Schedule care worker rotas
· Match care workers with service users
· Recruit and support care staff
· Keep accurate records and ensure compliance
· Assist with problem-solving and daily operations

What You Need:
· Organisational and communication skills
· Understanding of care services
· Basic IT skills
· A caring and proactive attitude

Skills (Not Essential):
· NVQ Level 2/3 in Care
· Driving licence & own vehicle
