Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality care? Crown Choices Group are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting our care staff and ensuring the smooth running of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to interviewing and inducting new staff.
Compliance: Ensure all staff are fully compliant to Crown Choices standards, including DBS checks, references, training, and right-to-work documentation.
Audit Readiness: Monitor staff files and maintain up-to-date records to ensure the service is always audit ready.
Policies & Procedures: Ensure that all staff are working in line with company policies and sector regulations.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance and quality monitoring reports.
Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks including managing inboxes, updating internal systems and spreadsheets, maintaining records and files, supporting rota coordination, and responding to general queries within the office
About You:
Previous experience in a care coordinator or similar administrative/compliance role (essential).
Strong knowledge of recruitment and care compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
IT literate with experience.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care.
