Must have’s

* Experience within a care environment

* Strong organisation and communication skills

* Ability to manage rotas and changing priorities

* Understanding of person-centred care

* Confident working with clients, families and care staff

Nice to have’s

* Previous care coordination or supervisory experience

* Experience using care planning or rota software

* Knowledge of CQC requirements

So, what will you be doing?

* Coordinate staff rotas and ensure appropriate care cover

* Support the day-to-day running of the care service

* Respond to staffing changes and resolve scheduling issues

* Support care plans, assessments and client reviews

* Communicate with clients, families and care staff

* Assist with recruitment, inductions and staff development

* Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of care

* Take part in the on-call rota
