Salary: £70k + £5k Welcome Bonus

About the Role: We’re on the lookout for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a care home with up to 100 residents in the Swaffham area. You’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality care, managing operations, and inspiring your team to greatness.

What You’ll Do As The Care Home Manager

• Lead by example, guiding the team and ensuring excellent daily operations.

• Foster a culture of care and continuous improvement.

• Build strong relationships with residents and their families.

What You’ll Bring As The Care Home Manager

• Proven experience in managing a care home, especially for older adults.

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or commitment to achieving it.

• A passion for delivering outstanding care and hitting that Outstanding CQC rating.

• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.
