Care Home Manager – Maidstone, Kent

Salary: £62,000 per annum

The home provides exceptional care and support for older adults, including individuals living with dementia, and is now seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic Care Home Manager to lead its dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person -centred care.
  

• Oversee the development, implementation, and review of individual care plans and risk assessments.
  

• Ensure the home complies with CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  

• Maintain strong, open communication with residents, their families, and external professionals.
  

• Handle complaints, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy.
  

• Promote a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement throughout the home.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year’s experience managing a residential or nursing care home.
  

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  

• Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding principles.
  

• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
