Moganite Capital , a dynamic startup specializing in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Director of Operations (UK)
to spearhead our initial operations in the United Kingdom.
In this part-time, foundational role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Moganite Capital's UK presence and driving our M&A strategy.
Responsibilities:
M&A Operations:
Identify and research potential target businesses in the UK for acquisition.
Collaborate with brokers, law firms, accounting firms, and industry experts to facilitate M&A transactions.
Prepare essential business documents for acquisition purposes.
UK Representative & Company Director: Act as the official representative of Moganite Capital in the UK, serving as a company director.
Research and secure banking partnerships with the most favorable interest rates (no financial liabilities for the company).
Manage the opening and ongoing maintenance of company bank accounts in the UK.
Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact between our UK operations and the company's marketing & sales office.
Facilitate smooth communication and information flow between all stakeholders.
Business Development: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to expand Moganite Capital's presence and network within the UK market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our M&A goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Care home operations, management, or related field.
Strong understanding of UK healthcare regulations and legal procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Proficient in research, data analysis, and business document preparation.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision (part-time initially).
UK Citizenship or permanent residency is a requirement.
