Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Care Home Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are seeking an outstanding Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential care home in Dorchester, Dorset.

The Role

As our Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring residents receive outstanding care in a safe and welcoming environment. As the Care Home Manager, you will lead, inspire and develop your team while driving quality, occupancy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the service as the Registered Manager.
Manage the home as the Care Home Manager.
Ensure full CQC compliance.
Deliver exceptional person-centred care.
Recruit, train and develop the care team.
Manage budgets, staffing and occupancy.
Build excellent relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards.

About You

We're looking for a professional Registered Manager or experienced Care Home Manager with:

Previous experience managing a residential or nursing care home.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
A passion for delivering outstanding elderly care.
