Position: Care Manager
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
Location: Just a 9-minute walk from Westcliff train station

Hours: 8am till 4pm Monday to Friday - some flexibility may be required at weekends from time to time

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

• A Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience in care management.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a positive atmosphere.
