Our client is brand new care services provider that has big plans to offer the best in-home care in the area. Everything is set up ready to go, from the luxurious office that has free on-site secure parking, the CQC registration is live and they have carers and private clients ready to take up their care packages!

We now just need a driven and determined individual to take the reins and start this amazing venture!

You will have full support by a team of highly experienced senior care leaders and everything at your disposal to ensure this business will be a huge success.

Qualities you’ll need:

• Great with clients and ensuring the highest quality led care provision
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate in a team
• Exceptional knowledge of CQC Guidelines
• Previous experience within a domiciliary care / home care environment
• Quality driven and customer focussed

Required:

• Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
• Ideally have previous care management experience or someone in a senior care coordinator looking for their next step
• Ideally you will have a driving license and your own transport

The salary for this role is dependent on experience however; it will likely be in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 plus great extra earning potential with their bonus scheme and other fabulous benefits.
