Care Manager – Job Description

Job Title: Care Manager

Reports To: Registered Manager / Director

Location: Vivid Care Services

Job Purpose: The Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high -quality, person -centred care and support services, ensuring individuals receive safe, effective, and compassionate support in line with regulatory standards, organisational values, and individual care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day -to -day delivery of care and support services.
  
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  
• Develop and review person -centred care plans.
  
• Lead, supervise, and support staff teams.
  
• Monitor safeguarding concerns, incidents, and quality standards.
  
• Work collaboratively with families, local authorities, and professionals.
  
• Support assessments, transitions, and service development.
  

Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care . Experience within health and social care management and strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance.

Key details:

• Working hours would be 8.45am to 5pm Monday - Friday with occasional on -call duties assigned.
  
• £8 per hour with potential for additional 20%
