Are you an experienced Care Manager looking for your next challenge within domiciliary care?

Would you like to take responsibility within a very large and established domiciliary care service, working alongside a senior management team to maintain quality and drive continued growth?

We are recruiting for an experienced Care Manager to support the day-to-day operational management of a large domiciliary care service in Grimsby.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, leading teams and ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained across a significant service.

About the Role

Support the overall management and performance of a very large domiciliary care service
Ensure safe, high-quality and person-centred care is consistently delivered
Lead, support and develop care and office teams
Oversee care planning and ensure plans accurately reflect clients' needs
Monitor staffing levels, rotas and care delivery
Support recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management
Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, complaints and other care-related issues
Monitor quality assurance and compliance across the service
Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers and external professionals
Support the Registered Manager with CQC compliance and regulatory requirements
Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the continued growth and development of the service

What We're Looking For

Previous Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager or similar senior management experience within domiciliary care
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation
Experience managing large teams and complex operational environments
Strong knowledge of care planning, safeguarding and quality assurance
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Commercial awareness and an understanding of service growth
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification would be advantageous
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
