Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with a fantastic care provider for a very unique and exciting role.
In this role you will be supporting the Regional Operations Manager during day to day activities and will be helping to manage a small to medium sized portfolio of homes. As this is a support role, you could be asked to do a variety of things including both Quality and Operations tasks, supporting with CI inspections etc.
As part of the role you would be required to travel to different homes but all homes would be in a sensible distance.
The candidate
The ideal Operations Support Manager should be someone who ideally has Care Home and Nursing Home experience in the Elderly Care Sector
