Care Professional - Evenings & Weekends

Home Instead Belfast is an award-winning home care company offering a range of services, enabling our clients to remain living comfortably and independently in their own homes. We are looking to expand our team across the Central Hampshire area with kind, compassionate and caring individuals.

Our amazing Care Professionals provide a variety of non-medical services to our clients in minimum 1-hour support visits.

Duties may include:

• Personal Care – such as assisting a client to get up in the morning, taking them to the bathroom, helping them take a bath/shower and dress, following a nightime routine and assisting to bed.
• Home Help – Preparing Breakfast's Lunches and Dinners, light cleaning duties to include such things as making the bed, laundry, cleaning round the bathroom.
• Dementia Care
• Companionship
• Medication Support

We always try to go above and beyond, It's a wonderful feel good job, it's not always easy but it is certainly rewarding.

We are looking for people who have availability to work between the hours of 4pm-10pm including alternate weekends.

It would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people, but full training will be provided.

Applicants should ideally have a driving licence and access to a vehicle. Clients are predominantly cared for in their own homes and may require you to accompany them on appointments and outings.
