Care Scheduler – Full Time

Location: Office-based

Hours: Full time

Sector: Care / Scheduling

We’re looking for a highly organised, analytical, and methodical individual to join our friendly and supportive team as a Care Scheduler. In this role, you’ll match carers to clients, create and manage rotas, and help ensure our clients receive the right support at the right time.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and match carers to client needs
  • Maintain accurate rotas and records
  • Problem‑solve day‑to‑day changes
  • Build positive relationships with clients and care professionals
