Care Supervisor

Home Instead Senior Care Croydon & Dulwich has an exciting new opportunity as a Care Supervisor to support our client teams and CAREGivers out in the communities of Croydon and Dulwich.  This is a full time role, which could include additional hours providing care to clients.  Weekend availability is required, including some evenings.

We are looking for motivated, efficient and proactive individuals, already with care supervisoary experience, who pride themselves on high standards and a professional approach. 

Field Care Supervisors are expected to spend the majority of their working time in the community carrying out their primary functions, but the role will also entail a certain amount of office-based administrative work, according to business needs.

·         Be organised

·         Have a smart and professional appearance

·         Have a strong background in care

·         Have strong PC skills

·         Knowledge and understanding of legislation and guidance Specific to Health and Social Care.

·         Ideally a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care

·         Previous experience as a supervisor is preferred

·         A flexible and friendly approach
