⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
💷 Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per year (DOE)

Your Role as a Care Support Coordinator:

As a key part of our team, you will:

📌 Ensure sufficient cover to deliver high-quality care
📌 Coordinate and allocate Care Assistants efficiently
📌 Process new referrals and schedule visits
📌 Manage rotas, sickness cover, and holiday planning
📌 Work closely with the Registered Manager and Care Supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong organisational and IT skills
✔ A full UK driving licence and local area knowledge
