Care Worker

• As a Care Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to individuals who need support with daily living activities. You will promote dignity, independence, and well-being, working as part of a dedicated care team across various shift patterns.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support in line with individual care plans.
  




• Assist with daily routines including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  




• Help with meal preparation, eating, and hydration.
  




• Administer or support with medication as required (following training and policy).
  




• Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
  




• Maintain accurate care records, reports, and documentation.
  




• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
  




• Support service users to maintain independence and engage in activities where possible.
  




• Work as part of a team and attend handovers to ensure continuity of care.
  




• Follow all company policies, health and safety guidelines, and safeguarding procedures.
  

Shifts:

This is a shift-based role which may include:

• Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts
  




• Weekends and public holidays
  

• Enhanced DBS is Required
