We're currently recruiting:
Care Workers (Day and Night Shifts) both part time and full time. Pay rates range from:
Day shift Care worker - £13.03 - £13.18 per hour - £26,236 (Average)
Night shift Care worker - £148.67 - £152.67 per night - £31,328 (Average)

You'll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support residents with their daily living needs in a way that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Acting as a key worker and contributing to individual care plans. Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines. Encouraging engagement in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities. Liaising with families and health professionals as needed. Maintaining accurate care records in line with professional standards. Working flexibly on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification) Ideally have experience of working with older people with dementia Basic IT skills for care recording and reporting. Registered or eligible for registration with the SSSC. Member (or willing to join) the PVG Scheme.
