About the Role

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes.

As a Home Care Worker, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

* Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition

* Supporting with medication in accordance with care plans and training

* Helping clients with mobility and daily activities

* Providing companionship and emotional support

* Completing light household tasks where required

* Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures

* Maintaining accurate and confidential care records

* Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

* Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and respect at all times

About You
