Salary: £45,326 - £50,436 per annum pro rata
Hours: Full-time - 37 hours per week
Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month.

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Adult Social Care professional to join Central Bedfordshire Council as a Legacy Mentor.
This is a unique opportunity for someone in the later stages of their career to make a lasting difference by supporting the next generation of Care Home Managers. The role is aligned to the NHS Legacy Mentor model and focuses on providing mentoring, coaching and practical guidance to newly appointed managers in the early stages of their career.
You will play a key role in strengthening leadership across the sector, supporting workforce development, improving retention, and contributing to high-quality care for residents across Central Bedfordshire.
