We're looking for a Workplace Projects and Contracts Coordinator who thrives on keeping complex initiatives moving, cutting through competing priorities, and delivering results. You'll coordinate workplace projects, contracts, suppliers, and property operations, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track and stakeholders have the information they need to make decisions.

Position responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of workplace projects, including office relocations, refurbishments, fit-outs, sustainability initiatives, and workplace improvement programs.


• Own project coordination, keeping plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications moving forward to achieve successful outcomes.


• Lead contract administration activities, track supplier performance, and ensure commercial commitments, renewals, and procurement deadlines are met.


• Deliver accurate property, lease, compliance, and financial reporting that supports informed business decisions and strong operational governance.

Experience, skills, and qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects within workplace, facilities management, property, real estate, or corporate services environments.


• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems under pressure, and deliver results against demanding deadlines.


• Strong understanding of supplier management, contract administration, and procurement processes within a commercial environment.


• Excellent organizational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with budgets, governance documentation, and performance data.
