Position: Career Services Coordinator

Location: CDI North York, ON

Compensation: $52,000 Annually + Benefits

Job Type: On going, Full-time

Work Type: Onsite

Work Timings: Regular Office hours

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Your Day to Day
Specifically, the Career Services Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Contributing to and monitoring the quality of the student academic experience


• Supporting the administrative functions of the campus to enhance the student experience


• Acting in a manner that upholds the College’s standards


• Performing other related duties as required

What You Bring to the Table

Education and Experience

• Degree or diploma in a related field


• Experience in Talent Aqcuisition 


• One to three years of office experience in a service-oriented, fast-paced environment


• Experience in a Private Career College environment and event preparation will be considered an asset

Skills and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Experience training or coaching people to prepare resumes and to be ready for job interviews


• Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues


• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task


• Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
