We’re hiring a Careers Co-ordinator to join a passionate team driving careers forward in the land-based and environmental sector. You’ll be managing digital content, running events across the UK, and working with industry experts to inspire the next generation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Keep online careers content up to date and engaging
• Be the go to for careers related enquiries
• Create fresh content, from case studies to event resources
• Travel across the UK to support events and outreach
• Build relationships with partners, schools, and internal teams
• Work closely with colleagues to keep messaging aligned

What you’ll bring:

• Great people skills and a knack for clear communication
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence writing for different audiences
• Awareness of post 16/post 18 education and apprenticeships
• Comfortable with digital tools and Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• Experience creating web content
• A background in education, careers advice or the land-based sector
• Experience running events or working remotely
