Location: Northampton Area
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Hours: 37 per week (Monday - Friday)

Are you an experienced caretaker looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a permanent caretaker at our secondary school in the Northampton area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the school premises are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Oversee security of the school buildings and grounds.
• Manage and supervise cleaning staff.
• Assist with setting up for school events and activities.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or urgent issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a caretaker in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
