Your new role
In your role as a caretaker, your duties will include:

• Cleaning and upkeep of the property
• Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Ensuring safety and security of the premises
• Carrying out routine inspections and reporting any issues
• Supporting the smooth running of the property on a day-to-day basis

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
• Basic maintenance and repair skills
• Must undergo an Enhanced Access NI Check
