Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum

Location: St John's Wood

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM.

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join an upmarket residential development in St John's Wood. If you take pride in your work and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to join a well-managed, community-focused site.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, or general building maintenance role. You'll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and as part of a team. A friendly, professional approach when dealing with residents is key, along with a good understanding of safety and emergency procedures.

Key responsibilities will include general cleaning of communal areas, carrying out minor repairs, supporting residents with deliveries or access, performing regular checks on key building systems like lighting and drainage, and assisting during occasional emergencies.
