We're currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive School Caretaker to join a friendly school site in Brighton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locking and unlocking the school site
• Conducting perimeter and security checks
• Handling deliveries and moving equipment as needed
• Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces
• Performing basic repairs and general maintenance
• Liaising with external contractors
• Conducting fire safety and compliance checks

Requirements:

• Previous caretaker or maintenance experience preferred
• A valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
