In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the care home’s facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our residents and staff. From basic repairs and routine maintenance to health and safety checks, your work will help create a welcoming and secure space for some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting daily checks to ensure the premises are clean, safe, and fully operational
• Carrying out minor repairs, general maintenance, and basic gardening
• Managing waste disposal and supporting infection control measures
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers when necessary
• Responding promptly to maintenance issues and supporting emergency procedures
