• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (3 days per week)

• Salary: £24,790 – £27,269 (Full-time), £14,874 - £16,361.40 (Part-time)

We are seeking a dedicated Site Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves ensuring the day-to-day security, safety, cleanliness, and general maintenance of the premises as directed by the Site Manager and the Finance Director.

• Ensure the security of the buildings and premises, especially outside of operational hours.
• Perform general porterage duties.
• Undertake basic maintenance tasks including heating, lighting, plumbing, and decorating to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
• Prepare facilities for hirers as specified.
• Maintain minibuses, including refuelling and cleaning.
• Manage optional weekend lettings with additional remuneration.
• Safely and securely store all allocated equipment, furniture, and materials to prevent unauthorised access and potential accidents.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, identifying and rectifying hazards.
• Assist in maintaining the grounds to ensure they are fit for purpose.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Site Manager.

• Experience in general maintenance and facility management.
• Knowledge of basic heating, lighting, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
