Working Pattern:
Week 1: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) + Sat AM
Week 2: Mon-Fri (8am-1pm)
Alternates weekly with another caretaker

A residential building in Richmond is looking for a Caretaker to join its small, trusted team on a job-share basis.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role where no two days are the same - from morning checks and light maintenance to helping keep the gardens tidy and communal spaces spotless. You'll work closely with residents and contractors to keep everything running smoothly.

• Cleaning shared areas & sweeping grounds

• Collecting waste & recycling (twice weekly)

• Watering plants & light gardening

• Basic repairs (bulbs, locks, drain checks)

• Logging maintenance & supporting residents

• Liaising with contractors and the property manager

• Friendly, reliable & practical

• Happy to work solo and use initiative

• Local to Richmond or nearby

• Basic DIY or handyman skills a plus
