Caretaker

• Reports to: Head of Estates
• Location: Filton, Bristol
• Salary: £28,000-£30,000
• Type: 37 hours per week

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Filton.


The succesful candidate must be able to start ASAP!

Main Duties

• Outdoor maintenance of the site
• Typical caretaking duties
• General upkeep and a variety of maintenance jobs
• To operate as part of the estates team in the care, security and operation of all site buildings and grounds.
• To support in the daily operation and availability of all sites.
• To assist the Head of Estates in preparing maintenance, development & project plans
• Handle goods in and portering tasks by receiving, delivering, and maintaining records of equipment and parcels, and conducting health and safety checks
• To adopt a proactive approach towards improving service standards year on year, with strong emphasis on providing a professional and memorable customer focussed experience.
  
  

Requirements

• Able to start ASAP
• Enhanced DBS
• Own vehicle and license
• Estates, caretaking or related experience
• Knowledge of DIY
• Trade experience desirable
