Caretaker

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Site Assistant/Caretaker to support our client with security, maintenance, and general site duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence through routine patrols to ensure the safety of students and staff.
• Monitor access points, car parks, and enforce parking regulations.
• Check student ID lanyards and support positive behaviour across the campus.
• Support with CCTV monitoring and assist during security incidents or alarm callouts.
• Provide security assistance at College events (e.g. Open Evenings, Parents’ Evenings).

• Assist with general maintenance tasks (e.g. basic plumbing, decorating, minor repairs).
• Keep the campus clean, safe, and well-presented (e.g. litter picking, snow clearance).
• Support furniture moves and event setups, including exam arrangements.
• Help receive deliveries and manage goods inward processes.

Benefits:

• Hours 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
