As a Caretaker, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out general site maintenance, including minor repairs and basic plumbing
Maintaining offices, production areas, welfare facilities, and external grounds
Completing industrial and factory cleaning in line with site procedures
Conducting routine site, safety, and housekeeping checks
Supporting health and safety standards across the site
Assisting and supervising external contractors when required
As a Caretaker, your experience will include:

Previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, maintenance, or industrial cleaning role
Confidence working within a factory or industrial environment
A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
Awareness of health and safety requirements
The ability to work independently and manage varied tasks effectively
