Caretaker

We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in Chester. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence.

Monday - Friday
09:00am - 17:00pm
Temp Contract - Ongoing
Pay rate - £13.45ph paye

Job Purpose

* Opening and securing the building at designated times

* Carrying out routine inspections of the premises

* Completing minor maintenance and basic repairs

* Ensuring cleanliness and general upkeep of internal and external areas

* Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues or hazards
