A well-established secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join its site team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:
This position involves maintaining the safety, security, and presentation of the school site. Duties include opening and closing the premises, basic repairs and maintenance, monitoring contractors, and ensuring health and safety compliance across the site.

The school serves approximately 1,100 students and is Ofsted rated Good, with a strong focus on safeguarding, student wellbeing, and a well-maintained learning environment. The site team is supportive and well organised.
