Job Description - Cargo office agent 4 on 4 off days & nights

NEW: We are recruiting for one of the TOP cargo handlers based at Heathrow, you will be office based working on a shift of both days and nights (4 on 4 off)

You should have experience working within freight or cargo, dealing with imports / exports and have strong customer service skills.

You will be liaising with airlines, talking to freight forwarders and liaising with the warehouse team and senior managers.

You will also be involved in billing & invoicing customers and processing import / export docs and airway bills.

You must have a full 5 year checkable work history, a DBS check will also be carried out.
