Carpenter – 1st & 2nd Fix – Nether Wallop, Hampshire

Carpenter required for a refurbishment project in Nether Wallop, near Winchester.

We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a large mansion refurbishment project which is being converted into a children's home.

The Role

Location: Nether Wallop, near Winchester
Project: Mansion refurbishment / conversion
Work: 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
Duration: Ongoing project

Duties

1st fix carpentry
2nd fix carpentry
Studwork and partitioning
Door linings and door sets
Skirting and architrave
Hanging doors
Ironmongery
General finishing carpentry
All other standard carpentry duties associated with a high-quality refurbishment project

Requirements

Previous experience on refurbishment projects
Strong 1st and 2nd fix experience
Own tools
Relevant CSCS card
Reliable and able to commit to the project
Immediate start available.
