Job tye: Carpenter / Multi Trader - Social Housing
Location: Westminster
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 (permanent)

We're on the lookout for a skilled Carpenter Multi Trader to join our Planned Works team in Westminster. If you're hands-on, reliable, and ready to make a difference in social housing, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out a mix of repairs & maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building.

• Delivering high-quality work that meets all regulations.

• Responding to service requests quickly and efficiently.

• Working closely with colleagues and contractors to hit project goals.

• Providing a professional, customer-first service to residents.

What we're looking for:

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent).

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader in social housing (or similar).

• Knowledge of health & safety regs.

• Strong problem-solving, communication & teamwork skills.

• Full UK driving licence.

Bonus skills:

• Confident with IT, PDAs & SOR codes.

• Plumbing, painting & general maintenance know-how.

• Able to manage your time and work independently.
