This Handyman Multi Trade role offers stable full-time employment, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to work with a respected organisation providing ongoing maintenance services.

You'll be joining an established team delivering essential repairs and general maintenance. Your multi-trade skills will help ensure buildings remain safe, functional, and well-presented, playing an important part in the smooth running of daily operations.

I'd love to see CVs from anyone with experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Operative, Multi Skilled Tradesperson, or anyone with a strong background in building maintenance and repair.

As a Handyman Multi Trade, you will be:

Carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance
Completing basic carpentry tasks
Painting and decorating
Carrying out tiling and patch repairs
Replacing ceiling tiles
Completing minor roofing repairs
Undertaking furniture and window repairs
Using a mobile tablet to receive and complete job instructions
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

A full UK driving licence
Previous experience in building maintenance or multi-trade work
The ability to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work out of hours when required
The ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
MEWP or PASMA qualifications (training can be provided)
Please note: You must be able to pass BPSS security clearance.
The role is offering the following benefits:

£30,000 £32,000 per year
40 hours per week (08:0016:30)
