Carpenter Multi Trade

We are currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade Operative to work across Sheffield and the surrounding areas on a full-time, long-term contract for a well-established property maintenance contractor specialising in the social housing sector.

This opportunity is with a respected contractor delivering refurbishment and turnaround works to void properties as part of a long-term local authority framework. You'll be joining a busy team with a consistent pipeline of work, carrying out internal refurbishments to social housing properties.

I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in property maintenance and refurbishment, whether you've previously worked as a Carpenter, Joiner, Multi Trade Operative, Kitchen Fitter, Maintenance Operative, or in a similar role.

As a Carpenter Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

Carrying out carpentry and joinery works within social housing void properties
Installing kitchens and completing associated joinery tasks
Undertaking wall and floor tiling as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
Completing general multi-trade finishing works, including skirting, architraves, patch repairs and minor decorating
Working with all materials already provided on site
Travelling to sites across Sheffield and the surrounding areas
Delivering high-quality work while meeting refurbishment turnaround timesI'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Experience working on social housing void properties or domestic refurbishment projects
A strong carpentry/joinery background with multi-trade experience
Confidence carrying out tiling and general finishing works
Their own professional carpentry toolkit
A full UK driving licence
The ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality work
Availability to commit to full-time, long-term workThis Carpenter Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
