We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Carpentry Lecturer to join our client's team. This role offers the opportunity to teach students of varying abilities, from Level 1 to Level 3, and to play a crucial role in the expansion and development of the department. With your industry experience, you will inspire the next generation of skilled experts and support individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve their career and life ambitions.

• Teach carpentry courses to students from Level 1 to Level 3.
• Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Manager to enhance and develop the department.
• Engage in the promotion of courses across the Construction curriculum area through participation in marketing events and sharing your professional experiences.
• Utilise your industry knowledge to provide high-quality education and inspire students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and administrative documents.

• Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience in carpentry.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
• Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and articulating clearly to class groups.
• Efficient administration skills for effective student record-keeping.
• Assessor qualification is required.
