Case Handler - Personal Injury

Full Time Permanent

This is a prime opportunity to join a new business venture with an experienced

and passionate team, involved within the medico-legal sector. The business has

experienced incredible growth since its inception.

The team is in need of a case handler who has a keen eye for detail and who will

provide outstanding customer service to our clients. This role offers a lot of

freedom for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

? Manage your own personal injury caseload

? To recruit expert witnesses to add on to our ever-growing panel.

? To liaise with stakeholders such as solicitors and medical experts as well

as the claimants

? Apply and obtain medical records from various GP surgeries and

hospitals

? To co-ordinate and manage the booking of appointments for the

claimants

? Review and analyse medico legal reports to ensure it is CPR compliant

and fit for purpose

? Scanning, filing and post duties

? General office admin

Personal requirements:

? 1-2 years experience in an administrator role

? Experience on the phone is essential

? Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential

? Experience in data input

? GDPR awareness and best practice

? Professional phone and email manner

? Experience with Proclaim is highly desired but not essential
