Job Description - Case Manager

Our client is a well-established bridging lender with a team of over 50 dedicated professionals. They specialise in funding both residential and commercial deals, supporting purchases and refurbishments. As a Case Manager, you will:
  • Handle case management in property finance, ensuring smooth processing of deals.
  • Collaborate with brokers and lenders to facilitate transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Work fully office-based in Borehamwood.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
