This opportunity is working for a Rehab and Injury case management specialist company, Based in Wigan, They cover patients across Wigan, Manchester, Preston & Liverpool.
Typical patients would have sustained a Brain injury, and have behavioural issues
Salary Package up £45,000 Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm Remote working with option to report into office in Wigan when needed
MUST BE A NURSE, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, OR PHYSIOTHERAPIST - WITH Rehab, Neuro, and Brain Injury.
Duties: - Carrying out initial assessments - Support Clients to identify & achieve full potential or focussed goal - The Aim would be to facilitate a return to work or the best possible functionality - Set out a road map for recovery - Identify any potential barriers to recovery - Point of Contact to client/patient - working in conjunction with family members, employers, Medical professionals & Insurance organisations - Implementing & Monitoring.
Must haves to apply: UK experience and registration with NMC or HCPC Right to work in the UK
They cannot offer working visas Must have own car with valid UK driver's license
