This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your financial planning expertise in a unique role designed to enhance our client case management.

About the role 

You’ll work closely with the Financial Advisers in our Manchester office supporting them and our client support team with remedial client cases, from beginning to end actioning outcomes, liaising with internal and external teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Becoming a part of our growing Transition and Onboarding team, this role is crucial in maintaining our firm’s Gold Standard and aligning with FCA and Consumer Duty requirements.

Your role is more than just case management, it’s about ensuring every step of the client journey benefits from our exceptional client service.

Accountabilities

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of client cases.


• Track all case outcomes and provide feedback to Advisers to improve consistency and quality.


• Ensure all client files and advice processes meet the firm's Gold Standard.


• Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines.

Skills and Experience

• Hold or working towards a Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning.


• Intermediate Excel - v:lookups and pivot tables.


• Experience in Paraplanning and IFA administration.


• Strong understanding of Financial Planning processes and regulatory requirements.


• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.


• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
