We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Case Worker to join our Homelessness & Housing team. In this rewarding role, you'll provide person-centred case management and practical support to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability, helping them navigate challenges, access essential services and work towards long-term stability. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you'll build trusted relationships with clients, advocate on their behalf and connect them with the resources and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives. Every day brings variety, purpose and the opportunity to create lasting positive outcomes for the people we serve. This role works across Liverpool, Fairfield and Bankstown.
