Cash Processor

Right Now Group are currently working with an International Freight Forwarder based in Feltham who are looking to increase their headcount with a Cash Processing Specialist.

This Cash Processor will be responsible for handling, verifying, and preparing cash deposits, ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions. You will work in a high-security environment, adhering to strict compliance and safety protocols.

Responsibilities of a Cash Processor:

• Accurately receive, count, and reconcile cash deposits from clients and internal sources
• Organize and prepare cash for deposit and secure transportation in line with company procedures
• Use counting machines and manual verification techniques to identify discrepancies or counterfeit currency.
• Adhere to all internal security measures and legal regulations governing cash processing to maintain a safe and controlled environment.
• Work closely with armoured transport teams, supervisors, and security personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and escalate any issues related to cash discrepancies or security risks.

Requirements for a Cash Processor:

• Experience in cash handling, banking, logistics, or security is preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-security, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cash processing machinery is a plus.
• High degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving cash containers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: 25,000 - 32,500
Location: Feltham
Shift: 9am - 5:30pm
