Cashier

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team in Court East, York, as a key member of our customer service operations. This position involves providing excellent service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised checkout area.
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory management by reporting stock levels and assisting with restocking.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
